The Coach and Horses Pub Restaurant, the original stopping point for horse drawn coach travel in the late 19th century.
The main part of the building is, I believe the original one. Long gone now are the stables and outbuildings of that era.
When the weather is nice you can sit out in the beer garden or the patio garden.
The Coach and Horses is a quiet pub restaurant, serving a mixture of traditional pub food, baguettes and jacket
potatoes at lunchtime, and in the evening a more complex menu ranging
from Fish & chips to Thai Green Curry.
For those of you out there who are vegetarians we do offer a couple of vegetarian choices,
and can generally whip up an omelette if need be.
We are a traditional pub with cask ales, lagers, bottled beers, a wide range of soft drinks and an extensive wine list.
